We built the tender tool we wanted when we were bidding.

BidShakti is a product of AveoSoft Private Limited, a software company in Ahmedabad. We started bidding on government tenders ourselves, saw how much time went into reading documents and assembling packs, and decided to fix it.

Who we are

AveoSoft, Ahmedabad

AveoSoft has been building software since 2017, first as a partnership and, since 2021, as a private limited company (CIN U72900GJ2021PTC123833). We write software for businesses and for government bodies, and we have bid for public work ourselves.

That experience shaped BidShakti. We know what it feels like to find a tender at night, read two hundred pages, and still not know whether you qualify. We know what a rejected bid costs. The product is built around those moments.

We offer the product in two ways. Software plans let you run the work yourself, and BidShakti Assist lets our team do it for you. Either way you get the same careful reading of the tender document. Our team is a small group of engineers, analysts and bid specialists working together in Ahmedabad. We answer your emails and messages ourselves.

What we sweep every day

We run a full GeM sweep across all states and the tender-active union territories, plus CPPP and 18 state e-procurement portals. QCBS tenders are handled for both the 70:30 and 60:40 technical to financial splits. The list of portals is on find tenders, and live counts are on insights.
