Tender portal savings calculator

Many tender services charge in two layers. First there is a yearly subscription for discovery, and typical published rates are around 2,400 to 3,000 rupees a year for that alone. Then some portals add a fee each time you download or open a tender, and that second layer grows with every opportunity you look at. This calculator adds both layers into one yearly figure so you can see the real cost.

The sum is simple. Your current yearly cost is the subscription plus the per-tender fee multiplied by the tenders you handle each month, multiplied by twelve. The BidShakti cost is the monthly plan price multiplied by twelve. The saving is the first number minus the second. The defaults of 3,000 rupees, 299 rupees and 8 tenders are only a typical starting point, so replace them with your own figures.

Track costs 199 rupees a month and Win costs 599 rupees a month, both exclusive of GST, with no per-tender fees. If the saving shows as small or zero, that is a fair result. Some teams pay little today. In that case the comparison is not about money saved but about what is added: a verdict checked against your own documents, the likely competitors and a bid pack ready to upload.
