Plain terms for money
We would rather you read this now than discover it later.
Refund
The plan fee is refunded in full at any time. You do not need to give a reason, and each subscriber can use the refund once. Plans are monthly, so the refund covers the month you paid.
GST at 18 percent and payment processing charges are not refundable.
How you pay
Payments run through Cashfree, with UPI Autopay or cards. You set up the mandate at checkout, and the plan renews in advance each month. The trial itself needs no card.
You can cancel whenever you like. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
GST and invoices
Prices are exclusive of GST. A GST tax invoice is emailed with each receipt. The supplier is AveoSoft Private Limited, GSTIN 24AAVCA4288N1ZU.
You can add your own GSTIN so the invoice is issued to your company and you can claim input credit.
What is never charged
No per-tender fees. No per-feature add-ons. No charge per bid pack, per document or per user session. The price you see is the price you pay, plus GST.

Is there a free trial, and does it need a card?
Yes. Every account gets a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is needed to start, and nothing renews unless you choose a plan.
Are there any per-tender fees or add-ons?
No. The monthly plan fee is the only charge. There are no per-tender fees, no per-feature add-ons and no charge for downloading a bid pack.
Are the prices inclusive of GST?
No. Track at Rs 199 and Win at Rs 599 are per month and exclusive of GST. GST at 18 percent is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
