GeM tender consultant

A GeM tender consultant that also builds the software.

Selling to government through the Government e-Marketplace means registration, catalogue, bids and paperwork. We handle all four for you, and we use our own tender portal to do it properly.

What we cover

Everything between you and your first GeM order

GeM seller registration

We create your seller account, complete your business profile, and guide you through verification so you are ready to take part in bids. We tell you up front which documents are needed, so there is no back and forth.

OEM and reseller catalogue

Your catalogue decides whether buyers find you. We set up products in the right category with accurate specifications, and we explain the differences between OEM and reseller listings so you choose the right route.

Bid participation on GeM

We find the bids that fit your products, read the bid document, and tell you honestly whether to bid. When you do, we prepare the response and submit it before the deadline, with your approval.

Document preparation

Turnover certificates, experience letters, declarations and annexures are organised and filled on your letterhead, then arranged in the order GeM asks for uploads. Mistakes in this step are the usual reason for rejection.

The tool behind the service

BidShakti, the portal our consultants work in

Most consultants work from spreadsheets and memory. We work inside BidShakti, the tender portal we built after bidding on government tenders ourselves. It discovers tenders daily across GeM, CPPP and 18 state portals, reads the full bid document, and gives a Go/No-Go verdict with citations to the page each answer came from.

That means a recommendation to bid, or to skip, is grounded in the document and in your own records. You can read the same analysis we do. See how it works, the Go/No-Go verdict and the bid pack.

If you prefer to do the bidding yourself, the software plans are on the pricing page, with a 7-day free trial. If you want the work done, start with a free consultation.

Questions

GeM consulting, answered.

Can you register my business as a seller on GeM?

Yes. We create the seller account, complete the profile and help with the verification steps. You provide your business documents and we guide you on exactly what is needed.

Do you handle OEM and reseller catalogues?

Yes. We help you set up products under the correct category, with specifications and documents that match what the buyer expects, whether you are an OEM or a reseller.

Will you submit bids on my behalf?

Yes. We prepare the bid, you review and approve it, and we submit it before the deadline. You stay in control of everything that goes out in your company name.

What does the consultation cost?

The first consultation is free. We do not publish a price for the service. After the call you get a clear scope and quote before any work starts.

What does a GeM tender consultant do?

A consultant registers you as a seller, sets up your catalogue, finds bids that fit, prepares the bid documents and helps you submit. The aim is to turn a registration into orders, with fewer rejected bids.

How is BidShakti different from other consultants?

We pair a consultant service with our own software, so advice rests on the tender document and your records. You can also choose the software alone for a flat monthly fee instead of paying a fee per bid.

How much does a consultant cost?

It depends on what you need. The first consultation is free, and after it you get a written scope and quote before work starts. The software plans are Rs 199 and Rs 599 a month, exclusive of GST.

Do you also put together the paperwork that goes with a GeM bid?

Yes. We draft the declarations and annexures on your letterhead, attach your supporting certificates, and sequence the files the way the GeM upload screen expects. Nothing is filed until you have read and approved it.
